The Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy and Women in Foreign Policy are hosting our June career advice dinner (as a brunch!) with Marsha Henry!
This brunch will be particularly suited for people who are looking for advice on careers in academia and development.
Marsha is Associate Professor and Deputy Director of the Centre for Women, Peace and Security. She joined LSE in July 2009, having previously taught at University of Bristol, University of British Columbia, Canada, the Open University and Warwick University.
Dr Henry's research interests focus on gender and development, gender and militarisation, and qualitative methodologies. Over the past 12 years, her research interests have been concentrated on documenting the social experiences of living and working in peacekeeping missions. Her recent research focusses on peacekeepers from the Global South.
Tickets are £15 and include food. In order to ensure an intimate event, we are only offering thirteen tickets to this brunch. All tickets must be purchased ahead of the brunch - head to our events page to buy your ticket and register your interest.
